Here’s how to create this smooth and sophisticated cocktail.

Ingredients:

60ml Don Levi Blanco Tequila: A smooth, crisp tequila that is the best tequila base (in our opinion, of course) to this cocktail.

7.5ml Maple Syrup: The natural sweetness of maple syrup adds depth and warmth and adds that autumnal touch.

30ml Lemon Juice: Fresh lemon juice brings the perfect level of tartness to balance the sweetness and a staple ingredient to a classic sour.

1 Egg White or 10ml Aquafaba: To add the creamy, velvety texture that gives this drink a smooth finish.

Lemon Wheel: For garnish, adding a zesty visual appeal and a fresh citrus scent.

How to Make the Perfect Agave Maple Sour:

1. Combine the Ingredients 
In a cocktail shaker, add Don Levi Blanco Tequila, maple syrup, lemon juice, and either 1 egg white or aquafaba with ice.

2.Shake Vigorously 
Shake the ingredients well until the shaker is cold and slightly frosted.

3. Strain into Glass 
Strain into a martini glass.
