Here’s how to create this unique and impressive cocktail.
Ingredients:
50ml Don Levi Blanco Tequila: The best tequila to use for any cocktail (but, of course we'd say that) that is smooth and crisp.
22.5ml Lemon Juice: Fresh lemon juice adds a bright, tangy kick to balance the sweetness and is a key ingredient in any sour.
22.5ml Sugar Syrup: For a subtle sweetness that complements the other ingredients.
1 Egg White or 10ml Aquafaba: To add a smooth, frothy texture that makes the cocktail feel luxurious.
Red Wine: The secret ingredient to float on top, adding depth and a visually stunning layer.
How to Make the Perfect Jalisco Tequila Sour:
1. Combine the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, add Don Levi Blanco Tequila, lemon juice, sugar syrup, and either egg white or aquafaba with some ice.
2. Shake Vigorously
Shake all the ingredients well for about 15 seconds until the shaker is cold and slightly frosted.
