A Paloma with a Spritz & Rosa Twist!

Are you a fan of Palomas? What about Spritzes? What about red-wine-aged tequila? What about all three? Welcome to how to make a Don Levi Rosa Paloma Spritz!
A cocktail that combines the fruit, chocolate & vanilla notes of our Don Levi Rosa Tequila with the zesty flavours of grapefruit & lime juice (fresh is best), the effervescence of soda & Prosecco, and a grapefruit wedge garnish to create a refreshing, bubbly Paloma made for summer!
Ingredients...
50ML Don Levi Rosa Tequila; Our award-winning blanco tequila has been aged in port casks and has notes of vanilla, subtle oak, red berries & dark chocolate.
75ML Grapefruit Juice; Because what is a Paloma without the citrusy zest of grapefruit?
7.5ML Lime Juice; Add a dash of citrusy lime.
Dash of Soda; Adds a little bit of effervescence and bubbles.
Prosecco Top; A Spritz isn't a Spritz without Prosecco!
Grapefruit Wedge; Adds a citrusy aroma while you enjoy the cocktail.
The Fun Part...
1. Salt Rim (Optional)
Rim a highball glass with salt.
2. Combine the Ingredients
Slowly pour the ingredients over ice.
3. Stir Gently
Give the ingredients a gentle stir.
4. Garnish
Garnish with a grapefruit wedge to add a fresh citrus aroma.
