Our Founder
Jordan graduated University of Surrey with a BSc in Accounting and Finance. After travelling for a while, Jordan had his lightbulb moment one evening in June 2023. As he sat in his garden, he noticed the lack of 100% agave premium tequilas available in the UK.
He wanted to create tequila made for celebrating lifes cherished moments with those who matter most.

Our Brand Story
Don Levi Tequila is the 1st & only Welsh-owned 100% agave premium tequila brand, fusing three cultures: Wales, Mexico & Sevilla. Named after our 4th great-grandfathers' surname from Sevilla. Our branding pays homage to this city, with our logo inspired by the Cathedral de Sevilla.

Sustainability with Don Levi Tequila
At Don Levi Tequila, sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. We use zero-waste production methods and locally sourced volcanic spring water. We also support responsible agave farming and avoid the use of diffusors. So far, we have planted over 1,000 trees to offset more than 50,000 kg of carbon.
Our Process
At Don Levi, we honour tradition and embrace innovation. We handpick the best and sweetest blue agave plants from Jalisco, Mexico. The piñas are slow-cooked in traditional hornos to release their natural sugars.
Through meticulous fermentation and precise distillation, we capture the essence of the agave, resulting in a smooth, rich sipping tequila.
