Our Founder
Jordan graduated University of Surrey with a BSc in Accounting and Finance. After travelling for a while following University and always brimming with entrepreneurial ideas, Jordan had his lightbulb moment one evening in June 2023. As he sat in his garden, he noticed the lack of 100% agave premium tequilas available in the UK, crafted for celebrating lifes cherished moments with those who matter most.

Our Brand Story
Don Levi Tequila is the 1st & only Welsh-owned 100% agave premium tequila brand, fusing three cultures: Wales, Mexico & Sevilla. Named after our 4th great-grandfathers' surname from Sevilla, our branding pays homage to this city, with our logo inspired by the Cathedral de Sevilla.

Sustainability with Don Levi Tequila
At Don Levi Tequila, sustainability is at the heart of everything we do, from zero-waste production and locally sourced volcanic spring water, to responsible agave farming, avoiding the use of diffusors, and planting over 1,000 trees to offset more than 50,000 kg of carbon.
Our Process
At Don Levi, we honour tradition and embrace innovation. We handpick the best and sweetest blue agave plants from Jalisco, Mexico, slow-cooking the piñas in hornos to release natural sugars.
Through meticulous fermentation and precise distillation, we capture the essence of the agave, resulting in a smooth, rich sipping tequila.
