A refreshing spring take on a classic.. Don Levi Rhubarb Paloma

 

So welcome to another Don Levi take on the classic Paloma, but this time with a British fan-favourite ingredient: The Rhubarb Paloma.
This cocktail combines the smooth, elegant Don Levi Blanco with the zest of grapefruit, the tartness of rhubarb, and a bit of fizz from a soda top, finished with a rosemary sprig for that aromatic touch.

Perfect for a social gathering, a sunny day, or World Paloma Day.

Ingredients:

50ML Don Levi Blanco; A well balanced 100% agave blanco that's a perfect base for any cocktail. 

25ML Rhubarb Syrup: A British favourite that adds a bit of tartness to this classic. 

75ML Grapefruit Juice: Every Paloma needs a some zest and citrus tatsing notes from grapefruit juice.

Soda Top: Adds a bit of bubbles to this classic. 

Rosemary Sprig: Adds a herbal aromotic touch and visual pop.

How to make:

1. Combine the ingredients:

Pour the Don Levi Blanco Tequila, grapefruit juice, rhubarb syrup into a shaker with ice.

2. Shake and strain:

Shake well for 10-15 seconds and strain into a highball over ice.

3. Top with Soda. 

Top up with soda to add a few bubbles to this cocktail. 

4. Garnish

Garnish with a rosemary sprig to add a herbal aromatic touch
