A perfect blend of the herbaceous taste of rosemary syrup, the zestiness of grapefruit juice, a dash of soda, topped with our balanced, smooth, award-winning blanco tequila, and finished with a rosemary garnish to add a fresh, herbal aroma.

Ingredients:

50ML Don Levi Blanco: A well-balanced, smooth, award-winning blanco tequila that’s a perfect base for a signature cocktail!

75ML Grapefruit Juice: You can’t have a Paloma without the zesty, citrus notes of grapefruit.

15ML Rosemary Syrup: A hint of herbaceous, wintry pine notes gives this cocktail a wintery feel.

Soda Top: Add a dash of bubbles to this cocktail.

Rosemary Garnish: Adds a herbaceous, pine aroma.

The fun bit...

1. Combine the Ingredients
Add our Don Levi Blanco tequila, grapefruit juice, rosemary syrup, and some ice to a cocktail shaker.

2. Shake Well
Shake the cocktail shaker well for around 15 seconds until the shaker gets cold and a little frosty.

3. Strain into a glass
Strain into a hi-ball glass over some ice.

4. Top with soda
Top up this cocktail with a dash of soda.

5. Garnish
Grab a rosemary sprig to add that herbal aroma.
