How to make a lovely Spring take on a Paloma; The Don Levi Lavender Paloma

Then we'd better introduce you to the Don Levi Lavender Paloma! A Don Levi creation that combines the smooth tasting notes of our 100% agave blanco with the zesty citrus flavours of grapefruit, the floral notes of lavender, and a bubbly dash of soda, finished with a grapefruit wedge or lavender sprig garnish. All combining to create a perfect cocktail to enjoy in the sunshine.
Ingredients:
50ml Don Levi Blanco:A perfect tequila base for your cocktail, and which other tequila would we suggest?
35ml Lavender Syrup: Adds a sweet, floral, and herbal twist to this classic.
75ml Grapefruit Juice: You can't have a Paloma without the zesty, citrusy notes of grapefruit.
Soda Top: Adds a bit of bubble to this Paloma.
Lavender Sprig or Grapefruit Wedge Garnish: Adding a colourful and aromatic pop.
How to make this Paloma with a lavender twist:
1. Combine the Ingredients
Add the Don Levi Blanco, lavender syrup, and grapefruit juice to a shaker with ice.
2. Shake Well
Shake for about 10–15 seconds until the shaker gets a little frosty.
3. Strain
Strain into a highball glass over ice.
4. Top with Soda and Garnish
Top off with a dash of soda and garnish with a lavender sprig or grapefruit wedge to add a visual pop and aromatic touch.
